Present the most important information first
Present each topic in a logical sequence
Convey only one idea per sentence
Discuss a maximum of two concepts per paragraph
Keep titles short and use clear headings
Organise tables into lists and limit these to no more than 7 items
Include a glossary for complicated words or acronyms
Provide a table of contents on lengthy documents
